医用绷带压力测试方法的研究进展

摘　　要：针对医护人员依靠自身经验使用压力绷带导致其施加在患者下肢的压力无法准确达到治疗要求等问题,基于目前压力绷带产品现状,从压力产品测试标准、压力测试装置、测试模型以及绷带压力测量点等方面分析绷带压力测试方法的研究现状。发现压力绷带测试标准中并未涉及绷带施加的界面压力及压力衰减率等指标,尚未有特定模型用于绷带压力测试,仅通过拉普拉斯方程计算绷带的界面压力会忽略绷带厚度和肢体软质的特征,存在局限性。最后指出,未来可考虑从绷带产品标识设计、特定测试模型开发、压力测试指标扩充3个方面进行绷带压力测试,从而帮助医护人员施加准确压力,有效避免压力不当而导致的康复延缓或病情加重。In response to issues arising from healthcare practitioners relying on their own experience for the application of pressure bandages,resulting in inaccurate pressure levels applied to patients’lower extremities and failing to meet therapeutic requirements,the current state of research on pressure bandage testing methods is examined.The research status of bandage pressure testing methods is analyzed from the aspects of pressure product testing standards,pressure testing devices,testing models,and pressure measurement points within the context of the existing landscape of pressure bandage products.The investigation reveals that existing pressure bandage testing standards do not encompass indices related to interface pressure and pressure attenuation rate applied by the bandage.Moreover,there is a lack of dedicated models for pressure bandage testing,and relying solely on the Laplace equation for interface pressure calculation overlooks limitations associated with bandage thickness and the soft-tissue characteristics of the limb.Ultimately,it is suggested that future efforts consider implementing pressure bandage testing through three avenues:the design of product labeling for pressure bandages,the development of specialized testing models,and the expansion of pressure testing criteria.This approach aims to aid healthcare professionals in applying accurate pressure,effectively mitigating the risks associated with improper pressure levels that may lead to delayed patient recovery or exacerbation of the condition.
