摘　　要：采用氮磷型阻燃剂对莱赛尔纤维进行阻燃整理,分析了阻燃剂质量浓度、整理液pH值、浸泡时间、催化剂质量浓度、焙烘温度和焙烘时间对阻燃莱赛尔纤维性能的影响,得到莱赛尔纤维的最佳阻燃整理工艺为:阻燃剂质量浓度300 g/L,催化剂质量浓度200 g/L,整理液pH值7.0,浸泡温度80℃,浸泡时间10 min,一浸一轧,轧液率65%,预烘温度110℃,预烘时间10 min,焙烘温度150℃,焙烘时间30 min。在此最佳整理工艺条件下,阻燃莱赛尔纤维具有较好的耐碱洗性和耐水洗性。The nitrogen phosphorus flame retardant is used to finish the Lyocell fiber.The effects of the concentration of flame retardant,pH of finishing solution,soaking time,catalyst concentration,curing temperature and time on the properties of flame retardant Lyocell fiber are investigated,and the optimum flame retardant finishing process of Lyocell fiber is obtained as follows:flame retardant 300 g/L,catalyst 200 g/L,pH value of the finishing solution 7.0,immersing at 80℃for 10 min,one-dip-one-pad with pickup of 65%,pre-drying at 110℃for 10 min,and curing at 150℃for 30 min.Under the optimal processing conditions,flame-retardant Lyocell fibers have good durability to alkali washing and water washing.
