摘  要:服装的热调节功能可以额外辅助人体在低温环境中进行热管理。基于双程记忆效应进行了形状记忆合金的设计和性能测试,确定了不同温度下形状记忆合金的形变高度并设计了弹簧数量方案,探究了弹簧高度、弹簧数量2个因素排列组合下面料系统的保温率和热阻变化。研究结果表明,弹簧高度和弹簧数量均对面料隔热性能有影响,且弹簧数量为7时面料系统的隔热调温效果最佳。The thermal regulation function of clothing can additionally assist the human body in thermal management in low temperature environment.Based on the two-way memory effect,the design and performance testing of shape memory alloys are carried out.The deformation height of the shape memory alloy at different temperatures is determined and a spring quantity scheme is designed to explore the insulation rate and thermal resistance changes of the fabric system under the permutation and combination of height and number of spring.The results show that both the height and the number of springs have an impact on the thermal insulation performance,and the thermal insulation and temperature adjustment effect of the fabric system is the best when the number of springs is 7.
