左西替利嗪联合润燥止痒胶囊治疗慢性湿疹效果

摘　　要：目的探究慢性湿疹患者应用左西替利嗪片联合润燥止痒胶囊治疗的效果,为慢性湿疹的治疗提供参考。方法选取2022年6—12月济宁市兖州区人民医院收治的78例慢性湿疹患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各39例。两组均给予曲安奈德菌康唑乳膏治疗,对照组应用左西替利嗪片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用润燥止痒胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生率及治疗前后皮损严重程度评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.87%,高于对照组的79.49%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.129,P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为5.13%,低于对照组的20.51%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.129,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者皮损严重程度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者皮损严重程度评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性湿疹患者应用左西替利嗪片联合润燥止痒胶囊治疗方案可获得突出效果,能改善患者皮损情况,并可预防不良反应的发生,具有临床应用价值。Objective To explore the effect of levocetirizine tablets combined with Runzao Zhiyang Capsule in the treatment of patients with chronic eczema,to provide reference for the treatment of chronic eczema.Methods A total of 78 patients with chronic eczema treated in Jining Yanzhou District People's Hospital from June to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group,with 39cases in each group according to random number table method.Both groups were treated with triamcinolone acetonide econazole cream,the control group was treated with levocetirizine tablets,and the observation group was treated with Runzao Zhiyang Capsule on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,incidence of adverse reactions and the skin lesion severity score before and after treatment between two group were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 94.87%,which was higher than 79.49%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.129,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.13%,which was lower than 20.51%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.129,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the severity score of skin lesions of patients between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the severity scores of skin lesions of patients in two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment scheme of levocetirizine tablets combined with Runzao Zhiyang Capsule could achieve prominent effects in patients with chronic eczema,improve the skin lesions of patients,and prevent the occurrence of adverse reactions,which had the value of clinical application.
