中医药诊治肾透析患者合并不安腿综合征研究进展

摘　　要：不安腿综合征(RLS)又名不宁腿综合征,是临床中较为常见的神经系统感觉运动障碍性疾病,临床主要表现为在安静或睡眠时肢体不自在抖动、瘙痒、蚁行感、烧灼感、酸胀感等,主要累及双下肢,以肌肉内部不适为主,容易伴随失眠、焦虑、抑郁等。该疾病在慢性肾脏病中发病率较高,尤其是在尿毒症长期肾透析患者中合并RLS更为常见,明显降低了患者的生活质量,同时增加了心血管疾病发病率及病死率。在临床上,RLS具有较高的漏诊率及误诊率,且目前尚无特效治疗药物及针对性治疗方法。近年来,临床诸多研究证实中医药治疗RLS,能够有效改善患者的临床症状,提高患者的生存质量。因此,本文综述了中医药诊治肾透析患者合并RLS研究进展,以期为RLS的临床治疗提供参考,使更多的RLS患者受益。Restless leg syndrome(RLS),also known as restless leg syndrome,is a common sensory and motor disorder of the nervous system in clinical practice.Its main clinical manifestations include shaking,itching,ants like sensation,burning sensation and soreness sensation in the limbs during rest or sleep,mainly affecting both lower limbs,with internal muscle discomfort as the main symptom,which is easily accompanied by insomnia,anxiety,depression,etc.The disease has a high incidence rate in chronic kidney disease,especially it is common in uremic long-term renal dialysis patients with RLS,which significantly reduces the quality of life of patients,and increases the incidence rate and mortality of cardiovascular disease.RLS has a high rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis in clinical practice,and there are currently no specific therapeutic drugs or targeted treatment methods available.In recent years,numerous clinical studies have confirmed that traditional Chinese medicine treatment for RLS can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and enhance their quality of life.Therefore,this article reviews the research progress in the diagnosis and treatment of RLS in renal dialysis patients using traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of RLS and benefit more RLS patients.
