布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘临床研究进展

摘　　要：支气管哮喘为临床较为常见的疾病,患者发病后气道呈变异性炎性反应,属于慢性呼吸系统疾病,其主要症状为反复发作喘息、咳嗽,并伴有呼吸困难、缺氧、胸闷等,对患者的健康与安全具有较大的危害。近年来,在多种因素作用下,支气管哮喘的发病率明显上升。相关研究显示,吸入糖皮质激素可有效控制患者的临床症状,缓解患者身体不适感,促进患者身体恢复,具有较好的治疗效果。目前,临床治疗支气管哮喘的糖皮质激素药物较多,其中以甲泼尼龙、地塞米松、强的松、布地奈德等应用最为广泛。布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘具有良好的临床效果,临床应用较多。本文分析了支气管哮喘疾病的危害等,通过总结布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘相关文献,探究布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果以及对患者的影响,从而为支气管哮喘的临床治疗提供指导。Bronchial asthma is a relatively common clinical disease,after the onset of the disease,the patient's airway exhibits a variable inflammatory response,which belongs to chronic respiratory diseases,its main symptoms are repeated wheezing,cough,accompanied by dyspnea,hypoxia,chest tightness,etc.,which has a greater harm to the health and safety of patients.In recent years,under the action of many factors,the incidence of bronchial asthma has increased significantly.Related studies have shown that inhaled corticosteroids can effectively control patients'clinical symptoms,relieve patients'physical discomfort and promote patients'physical recovery,which has good therapeutic effect.At present,there are many glucocorticoid drugs in the clinical treatment of bronchial asthma,among which methylprednisolone,dexamethasone,prednisone and budesonide are the most widely used.Budesonide has good clinical effect in the treatment of bronchial asthma and has many clinical applications.This paper analyzes the harm of bronchial asthma disease,and explores the clinical effect of budesonide in the treatment of bronchial asthma and its influence on patients by summarizing the literature related to the treatment of bronchial asthma with budesonide,so as to provide guidance for the clinical treatment of bronchial asthma.
