阿维A联合消银片治疗头部银屑病的效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究阿维A联合消银片治疗头部银屑病患者的临床疗效和对患者病情、生活质量等的影响。方法选取聊城市茌平区人民医院2022年6月—2023年10月收治的98例头部银屑病患者,根据治疗方案不同分为对照组和观察组各49例。对照组采用阿维A治疗,观察组采用阿维A联合消银片治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、皮损程度评分、不良反应发生率、生活质量评分。结果观察组临床总有效率为93.88%,高于对照组的77.55%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.333,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组PASI评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4周、8周后,两组PASI评分低于治疗前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组健康状况、生理职能评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组健康状况、生理职能评分高于治疗前,且观察组评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿维A联合消银片治疗头部银屑病患者的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者的病情、症状,提升其生活质量,且药物安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study clinical efficacy of acitretin combined with Xiaoyin Tablets in the treatment of head psoriasis patients and its impact on the severity of disease condition,quality of life and other factors of patients.Methods A total of 98 cases of head psoriasis admitted to Liaocheng Chiping District People's Hospital from June 2022 to October 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment plans,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acitretin,the observation group was treated with acitretin combined with Xiaoyin Tablets.The clinical efficacy,the skin lesion severity score,the incidence of adverse reaction and the score of life quality of patients between two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was93.88%,which was higher than that of the control group with 77.55%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.333,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in PASI scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the PASI scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in health status and physiological function scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the health status and physiological function scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the scores of observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of acitretin cmobined with Xiaoyin Tablets in the treatment of head psoriasis patients was definite,which could effectively improve the patient's condition and symptom
