摘 要:随着近十余年来无人机摄影测量与三维重建技术的快速发展,该技术开始逐步进入到城市建筑工程与研究领域,成为有效辅助建成环境准确还原和数字模型创建的技术。近年来对这项技术的研究和应用介绍类文章不断涌现,成为关注的热点。基于国内外最新相关研究,该研究首先梳理总结无人机摄影测量与三维重建技术在建筑领域发展历程和原理;其次通过对重要相关文献可视化分析了该技术在建筑规划行业、施工工程、检查评估和文化遗产保护四类典型领域的对象、尺度及优势;进而,通过国内外城市更新、土方工程、灾后建筑检测和建成环境研究等实例,阐述了该技术在建筑领域不同具体项目中的应用场景、设备软件配置与参数,以及具体工作流程及其区别其他方法的主要优势;最后提出技术的未来发展,如在孪生城市等前沿领域的应用可能。With the rapid development of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)photogrammetry and 3D reconstruction technology in the past decade,this technology has gradually entered the field of urban architectural engineering and research,becoming an auxiliary technique for efficiently and accurately restoring the built environment and creating digital models.In recent years,there has been a surge in research and introductory articles on this technology,attracting significant attention.Based on the latest domestic and international research,we first review and summarize the development process and principles of UAV photogrammetry and 3D reconstruction technology in the field of architecture.Secondly,through visual analysis of important related literature,we examine the objects,scales,and advantages of this technology in four typical domains:architectural planning,construction engineering,inspection and assessment,and cultural heritage preservation.Furthermore,through case studies in urban renewal,earthwork engineering,post-disaster building inspection,and built environment research,we elucidate the application scenarios,equipment and software configurations,specific workflow,and primary advantages of this technology in various specific projects in the field of architecture.Additionally,we explore the future development of the technology,such as its potential application in cutting-edge areas like digital twin cities.
