基于特色引领、系统谋划的总体城市设计方法探讨——以长沙市望城区滨江地带总体城市设计为例

摘　　要：一个城市相较于其他城市的差异化、特色化是这个城市的优势所在,进而提升城市核心竞争力。在长沙市望城区滨江地带总体城市设计中,依托基地核心资源,明确“特色引领”的设计理念,设计思路上强调“系统谋划”,突出整体观、全局观,关注与城市空间设计相关联的多重要素之间的因果逻辑关系,在此基础上,采用宏观—中观—微观“逐层推进”式设计方法,将“特色”从空间层面拓展至构成城市的多重要素,强化定位目标和城市格局等中宏观研究对城市空间设计的支撑作用,提高城市空间设计与城市发展多元需求的契合度。希望能对其他城市或地区同类型规划的编制提供一定的借鉴或参考。The characteristics and differentiation of one city from other cities are its comparative advantage and core competitiveness.In the overall urban design of the riverside area of Wangcheng District,Changsha City,relying on the core resources,the design concept of"leading by characteristics"is clarified.The design idea emphasizes"systematic planning",highlights the overall view,pays attention to the issues related to urban space design,and considers the causal logical relationships among multiple elements.The macro-meso-micro"progress layer by layer"design method are adopted,the"features"from the spatial level to the multiple elements that constitute the city are expanded,and the functional and supporting role of medium and macro studies such as positioning and urban pattern on urban space are strengthened.The design can improve the fit between urban space design and the diverse needs of urban development.It is hoped that this study can provide some reference for the overall urban design compilation of other cities or regions.
