文化导向视角下连云港南城凤凰古镇城市更新规划研究

摘　　要：连云港南城凤凰古镇作为具有丰富历史文化遗产和独特文化特色的地区,其城市更新的研究不仅关乎物质空间的改善,更涉及到文化传承与创新的平衡。该研究以凤凰古镇为研究对象,从文化导向的视角出发,基于现状分析,提出“统筹规划,梳理交通”“重塑街巷,文化碰撞”“突出核心,打造地标”三个更新方法,深入探讨其城市更新规划的策略与路径。此次凤凰古镇的城市更新规划研究,不仅促进了古镇文化的传承与发展,还为提升城市形象、促进文化旅游发展提供了重要支撑,对实现古镇可持续发展具有深远影响。As an area with rich historical and cultural heritage as well as unique cultural characteristics,the research on urban renewal in Fenghuang Ancient Town not only focuses on improving physical space but also involves balancing cultural inheritance and innovation.Taking Fenghuang Ancient Town in the south of Lianyungang as the research object,from the perspective of cultural orientation and based on the analysis of the current situation,we propose three renewal methods:"overall planning and traffic reorganization,""reshaping streets and lanes for cultural collision,"and"highlighting the core and creating landmarks."We further delve into the strategies and pathways for urban renewal planning in this area.The research on the urban renewal planning of Fenghuang Ancient Town not only promotes the inheritance and development of the ancient town culture,but also provides important support for improving the city image and promoting the development of cultural tourism,which has a profound impact on the sustainable development of the ancient town.
