摘 要:业态混合是现代城市商业体系的基本构成形式,是城市空间集约利用与集聚效应的共同产物。在此背景下,在以高密度为特征的城市中心区,业态在三维空间上复合拓展尤为突出,人流与功能结构的持续优化重组,产生了三维空间上的功能分异现象,这对于中心区楼宇经济的发展具有重大意义。该文基于POI业态数据,以北上广深的四个城市中心区为例,综合利用信息熵、均衡度、首位度为指标,构建业态混合度量化方法,以期充分揭示实际的业态三维混合规律。此外,共总结出三类业态混合布局模式,为中心区的经济与空间发展与途径提供新的启示。Business mix is the basic form of modern urban commercial system,which is the common product of the intensive use of urban space and the agglomeration effect.In this context,in the urban center characterized by high density,the complex expansion of business forms in three-dimensional space is particularly prominent,and the continuous optimization and reorganization of the flow of people and functional structure produce the phenomenon of functional differentiation in three-dimensional space,which is of great significance for the development of the building economy in the central area.Based on POI data,taking four central urban areas in Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou and Shenzhen as examples,we comprehensively use information entropy,equilibrium degree and priority-degree as indicators to construct a quantitative method of business mix degree,in order to fully reveal the actual three-dimensional mixing law of business types.In addition,the mixed layout model of three types of business forms is concluded,which provides new inspiration for the economic and spatial development and ways of the central area.
