摘　　要：目的探讨放射性口腔黏膜炎的辨证用药新思路。方法以咽玄府理论为切入点,对其内涵尤其是病因病机及用药特点进行分析,结合放射性口腔黏膜炎的发病特点,通过病案分析,探讨基于咽玄府理论的放射性口腔黏膜炎的辨证思路及用药特点。结果放射性口腔黏膜炎病机着眼于“热、瘀、毒”而致“玄府郁闭”,治疗以开通玄府为原则,根据不同阶段病机特点而辨证用药,可取得较好临床疗效。结论以咽玄府理论为指导,从放射性口腔黏膜炎不同疾病阶段进行辨证用药,可为放射性口腔黏膜炎的中医治疗拓展思路和方法。Objective To explore the new ideas of identification and medication of radiological oral mucositis.Methods Taking Pharynx xuanfu theory as an entry point,we analyzed its connotation,especially its etiology,pathogenesis and characteristics of medication,combined with the pathogenesis of radiation oral mucositis,and explored the identification ideas and characteristics of medication for radiation oral mucositis based on Pharynx xuanfu theory through the analysis of cases.Results The pathogenesis of radiation oral mucositis focuses on“heat,stasis and toxicity”,resulting in“depression and closure of Xuanfu”,and the treatment is based on the principle of opening up Xuanfu,and the drugs are used according to the characteristics of different stages of the pathogenesis,which can achieve good clinical efficacy.Conclusion Taking the theory of Pharynx xuanfu as a guide,the identification of different stages of radiological oral mucositis and the use of medicines can expand the ideas and methods for the treatment of radiological oral mucositis in traditional Chinese medicine.
