摘  要:巴豆酰化是一种蛋白质翻译后酰化修饰,虽相关研究主要集中在组蛋白,但越来越多研究发现,非组蛋白的巴豆酰化修饰能参与人体重要生物学功能。本文通过调研近年相关文献,对非组蛋白巴豆酰化修饰的内容进行系统阐述。除巴豆酰化分子调控机制,我们重点阐述了非组蛋白巴豆酰化如何参与调控DNA损伤反应、细胞增殖、肌源性分化、组织纤维化等重要细胞生物学功能。本文旨在通过综述近年来非组蛋白巴豆酰化修饰的生物学意义,为将来非组蛋白的巴豆酰化在临床中的深入研究提供理论基础。Crotonylation is a protein post-translational acylation modification,although mainly focused on histones,but more and more studies have found that non-histone crotonylation modifications can participate in important biological functions of the human body.By investigating the relevant literature in recent years,this paper systematically elaborates the content of non-histone crotonylation modification.Firstly,the regulatory mechanism of crotonylation,that is,the transfer of crotonyl groups on protein lysine regulated by multiple enzyme systems,was elucidated.Secondly,it is described that non-histone proteins with crotonylation can participate in biological processes such as DNA damage response,cell proliferation,myogenic differentiation,and tissue fibrosis.This article aims to provide a theoretical basis for subsequent non-histone crotonylation research by reviewing the regulation and disease aspects of non-histone crotonylation modification in recent years,and to explore new methods for the clinical prevention and treatment of related diseases.
