摘 要:区域供冷的冷水管网系统复杂、作用半径范围大,在系统循环中经常出现水力失调现象,需要通过安装完成后的系统运行调试解决水力失调现象,传统等比例水力平衡调试方法存在耗时长、精度差以及过程易产生水锤造成安全隐患等缺点。文中通过数值模拟结合现场实测的方式,分析提出了一种安全高效的优化等比例调试,经实际工程验证,方法可行。大幅减少现场调节轮次,提高调试精度,减少管网压力波动,对大型管网水系统的运行调试具有较高的指导意义。The pipeline network system of the district cooling chilled water is complex and has a large radius of ac⁃tion,and the phenomenon of hydraulic disorder often occurs in the system cycle,which needs to be solved through the commissioning of the system operation after the installation is completed.e propose a safe and efficient method of water pipe valve adjustment speed and equal proportional optimization of commissioning through numerical simu⁃lation analysis,the feasibility of which is verified via actual engineering.The results show that the method signifi⁃cantly reduces the number of adjustment rounds in the field,improving the commissioning accuracy and reducing the pressure fluctuation of the pipe network,which has good guidance significance for the operation and commission⁃ing of large pipe network water system.
