基于空间句法老旧小区公共空间更新研究

摘　　要：国内社会老龄化问题日益严峻,生育方针不断革新,出现了越来越多的老人与儿童相伴的情形。由于国家政策的革新,对老旧小区改造力度的加大,需要我们在研究老幼共享问题上找寻新的突破。文中以大连市锦虹北园为例,采用空间句法理论,建立道路轴线模型,并通过五个指标系统评估公共空间,分析发现现有社区存在活力不足、功能单一、空间闲置等问题。对公共广场、宅间和宅旁三处公共空间分别提出更新策略,为大连市老旧小区老幼友好型公共空间更新改造提供新思路。The problem of aging in China's society is becoming severe,and elderly people are accompanied by their children.The innovation of national policies and the intensification of the renovation of old communities require us to find new breakthroughs in the study of the sharing of the old and the young.Taking Jinhong north park in Dalian city as the case,the spatial syntax theory is used to establish a road axis model,and the public space is evaluated through five index systems,indicating that the existing community has problems such as insufficient vitality,single function,and idle space.The renewal strategies of the public square,the space among houses,the space beside the house are respectively proposed,providing new ideas for the renewal and transformation of the age-friendly and child-friendly public space in the old community in Dalian.
