摘 要:随着城市人口的增长以及地面空间资源的匮乏,地下空间如何合理有效地开发已成为当今城市发展的主要关注点之一。然而由于地下空间具有天然的封闭性和隔离性,商业设施带来的大量人流也为地下空间带来一定的安全隐患,其安全与疏散要求也越来越高。为提高地下商业街安全疏散效率,文中以沈阳“时尚地下”商业街为例,对平战结合时期地下商业出入口的使用现状进行调研,通过建立“整体性模型”推测其潜在的安全性隐患,从“设计、利益、制度”三大层面探寻其中深层次的原因,并提出相应的解决方法和措施。研究可为地下商业街出入口的设计提供参考。With the growth of urban population and the shortage of surface space resources,reasonable and effective underground space development has become one of the main concerns of urban development today.Due to the natu⁃ral closure and isolation of the underground space,the large number of people brought by commercial facilities brings certain security risks to the underground space,the safety and evacuation requirements of which are getting higher than that of usual.A commercial street in Shenyang is taken to improve the safety evacuation efficiency.We investigate the current situation of the use of underground commercial entrances and exits during the peacetime and war period,the potential security risk of which is speculated by a holistic model.The deep-seated reasons are ex⁃plored in terms of design,interests,and system,and corresponding solutions and measures are proposed.The re⁃search may provide the reference for the design of underground commercial street entrance and exit.
