摘 要:以TD75型带式输送机为研究对象,介绍一种基于有限元分析的煤矿带式输送机传动滚筒动态分析方法。通过该方法对传动滚筒动态分析时,先利用动态滚筒的规格尺寸、材料特性等参数,由ANSYS软件自动构建出滚筒三维模型,然后以此为基础,分别对模型进行静力学分析、模态分析及谐响应分析,判断传动滚筒动态特性是否良好,及时发现传动滚筒中存在的缺陷,以此为传动滚筒的优化设计提供支持,使传动滚筒在带式输送机工作过程中发挥出更大的作用。Taking the TD-75 belt conveyor as an example,a dynamic analysis method of coal mine belt conveyor drive roller based on finite element analysis is introduced.Through the method of dynamic analysis of the transmission drum,the dynamic drum size,material properties and other parameters,automatically constructed by the ANSYS software drum three-dimensional model,and then based on this,respectively,static analysis of the model,modal analysis and harmonic response analysis,to determine whether the dynamic characteristics of the transmission drum is good,and to find the defects in the transmission drum in a timely manner,so as to provide support for the optimization and design of the transmission drum,so that the transmission drum can be optimized and designed.This will provide support for the optimization of the drive roller design,so that the drive roller can play a greater role in the working process of the belt conveyor.
