摘 要:以DM-1000/10(L)型移动式膜分离制氮装置存在智能自动化程度较低、进入膜管前温度过高等问题,提出一种以PLC为核心智能化控制方案。该智能化控制方案可进行显示屏就地监控,与空压机进行Modbus通信,实现对制氮装置制氮过程全面监控。实践应用结果表明:该移动式膜分离制氮装置经基于PLC智能化改造后,可大幅度提高制氮精度、制氮效率、设备运行自动化程度,降低工作人员劳动强度和制氮成本。Based on the problems of low degree of intelligent automation and high temperature before entering the membrane tube in DM-1000/10(L)mobile membrane separation nitrogen generator,an intelligent control scheme with PLC as the core is proposed.The intelligent control scheme can carry out in situ monitoring of the display,Modbus communication with the air compressor to achieve comprehensive monitoring of the nitrogen production process of the nitrogen plant,and the results of practical application show that:the mobile membrane separation nitrogen plant can greatly improve the nitrogen production accuracy,nitrogen production efficiency,the degree of automation of the equipment operation,and reduce the labour intensity of the staff and the cost of nitrogen production after the intelligent transformation based on PLC.
