某微型离心压气机回流器设计与流场分析

摘  要:通过与某离心压气机匹配的回流器进行设计,及回流器内部流场模拟。根据压气机基本尺寸,对回流器进行二维尺寸设计。根据设计好的尺寸,进行三维建模。根据有限元软件,分别对回流器叶片数为8、9的回流器进行模拟,分析速度及压力流场。结果表明,增加回流器的叶片数,可以使回流器出口的压力分布、速度分布更加均匀,减小流动过程中的损失。回流器叶片数增多,出口的平均压力减小。The design of the refluxer matched with a centrifugal compressor and the simulation of the internal flow field of the refluxer are carried out.Design and simulation process:According to the basic dimensions of the compressor,the two-dimensional dimensions of the refluxer are designed.According to the designed dimensions,three-dimensional modelling is carried out.According to the finite element software,the simulation is carried out to analyse the velocity and pressure flow field of the refluxer with 8 and 9 refluxer blades,respectively.The results show that increasing the number of returnee blades can make the pressure distribution and velocity distribution at the outlet of the returnee more uniform and reduce the loss in the flow process.However,the mean pressure at the outlet decreases more with an increase in the number of reflower blades.
