摘 要:针对YD-22型液压捣固机工作过程中因夹实液压缸出现漏油问题而导致的两侧夹实液压缸出现快慢不一的问题进行了原因分析,主要为设备在强烈振动中使得活塞及活塞杆间的圆螺母松动,液压油外泄、系统压力降低导致。采用选用O形密封圈和对活塞结构的改进设计,实践应用效果理想,夹实液压缸无一起漏油现象发生,捣固机使用效率提高了15%,安全经济效益显著。For the YD-22 hydraulic tamping machine working process due to the clamping hydraulic cylinder oil leakage problems caused by the two sides of the clamping hydraulic cylinder appeared to vary in speed,the main equipment in the strong vibration makes the piston and piston rod between the nut loosening,the hydraulic oil leakage,the system pressure is reduced.Using the selection of O-shaped sealing ring and the piston structure of the improved design,the practical application of the effect is ideal,clamping the hydraulic cylinder without a leakage phenomenon occurs,the use of tamping machine efficiency increased by 15%,the safety and economic benefits are significant.
