摘 要:基于非线性动力学理论,介绍一种超重型刮板输送机行星传动稳健可靠性优化设计。具体设计中根据超重型刮板输送机行星传动基本结构构建热弹耦合模型,并从温度场分析和热弹耦合分析两个角度实施行星传动有限元仿真分析,根据分析结果提出行星传动稳健可靠性优化设计。为检验优化设计的应用可行性,将优化设计应用于工程实践,确认优化设计可满足具体工程应用需求。Based on the nonlinear dynamics theory,an optimal design of planetary drive of super-heavy scraper conveyor for robust reliability is introduced.In the specific design,a thermoelastic coupling model is constructed according to the basic structure of the planetary drive of super-heavy-duty scraper conveyor,and the finite element simulation analysis of the planetary drive is carried out from the perspectives of temperature field analysis and thermoelastic coupling analysis,and the optimal design of the planetary drive in terms of robustness and reliability is proposed according to the results of the analysis.In order to check the application feasibility of the optimised design,the optimised design is applied in engineering practice to confirm that the optimised design can meet the requirements of specific engineering applications.
