基于动态尺寸链的变速箱总成轴系装配精度研究

摘　　要：变速箱总成的装配是汽车生产的关键步骤之一,为了提高变速箱总成装配的精度,对其装配尺寸链进行研究与分析,介绍了动态尺寸链的原理,分析了影响动态尺寸链建立的因素,对变速箱总成轴系的原始尺寸链进行动态修正,建立轴系装配动态尺寸链,对具体的影响因素进行了计算,并建立了轴系测量动态尺寸链,将影响轴系装配的各个因素予以充分考虑,从理论上提高了变速箱总成轴系装配精度,为后续的仿真与试验提供了理论指导。The assembly of gearbox assembly is one of the key steps in automobile production,in order to improve the precision of gearbox assembly assembly,its assembly size chain is studied and analysed,the principle of dynamic size chain is introduced,the factors affecting the establishment of dynamic size chain are analysed,the original size chain of gearbox assembly shaft system is dynamically corrected,the dynamic size chain of axle system assembly is established,the specific factors affecting the calculation are carried out and the dynamic size chain of shaft system measurement is established,the dynamic size chain affecting the assembly of axle system is calculated and the dynamic size chain of shaft system assembly is established.The dynamic dimensional chain of axle system measurement is established,and the factors affecting the axle system assembly are fully considered,which theoretically improves the accuracy of the axle system assembly of the gearbox assembly and provides theoretical guidance for the subsequent simulation and test.
