摘 要:随着工业化进程和科学技术的不断发展,机床已经成为工业制造的主要设备之一。然而,机床的可靠性和精度问题一直困扰着制造业。机床滑动导轨表面的磨损和损坏是机床精度降低和故障的主要原因之一。因此,如何修复机床滑动导轨表面成为一个重要的课题。根据研究探讨了机床滑动导轨表面修复技术的要点,从而提高机床滑动导轨的表面修复技术,以期实现更为高水准的制造业。With the continuous development of industrialization and science and technology,machine tools have become one of the main equipment for industrial manufacturing.However,the reliability and accuracy of machine tools have been plaguing the manufacturing industry.The wear and damage of the sliding guide surface of the machine tool is one of the main reasons for the precision reduction and failure of the machine tool.Therefore,how to repair the sliding guide surface of machine tools has become an important topic.Based on the research,the main points of the surface repair technology of the machine tool sliding guide rail are discussed,so as to improve the surface repair technology of the machine tool sliding guide rail to achieve a higher level of manufacturing industry.
