摘　　要：汽车变速箱的装配性能直接影响到汽车的驾驶体验,以某公司生产的变速箱为研究对象,介绍了生产概况与现有装配工艺,对防差错技术理论基础进行了研究,对FMEA差错识别技术进行了分析,对变速箱装配质量进行了分析,确定了装配质量关键问题,并通过FMEA确定了主要因素为齿轮磕碰,基于防差错原理进行了防差错方案研究,为提高变速箱装配质量奠定了基础。The assembly performance of automotive gearbox directly affects the driving experience of the car.Taking the gearbox produced by a company as the research object,we introduced the production overview and the existing assembly process,researched the theoretical basis of the error prevention technology,analysed the FMEA error identification technology,analysed the assembly quality of the gearbox,identified the key problems of the assembly quality,and determined the main factors through FMEA for gear knocking,based on the principle of error prevention to carry out the study of error prevention programme,in order to improve the quality of gearbox assembly laid the foundation.
