摘  要:为了进一步提高矿用提升机运行稳定性,古城煤矿对矿用提升机安装了一套减速转换装置控制系统。该系统投入使用后,解决了传统恒减速制动系统在维修更换时成本费用高、周期长等技术难题。投入减速转换装置控制系统后降低了系统故障率,提高了提升机运行稳定性,且系统维护方便、成本费用低,取得了显著应用成效。In order to further improve the operational stability of mining hoist,Gucheng coal mine has installed a set of deceleration conversion device control system for mining hoist.After the system is put into use,it solves the technical problems such as high cost and long cycle of the traditional constant deceleration braking system in maintenance and replacement,and reduces the system failure rate and improves the operation stability of the hoist after putting the deceleration converter control system into use,and the system is easy to maintain and low cost,which achieves remarkable application results.
