摘  要:基于传统煤矿运销站带式输送机采用传统液力偶合器传动时出现能耗高、安全系数低、部件磨损严重等技术难题,通过技术研究,四老沟矿决定对运销站SSJ-1000型带式输送机传动方式进行优化改造,采用永磁偶合器代替传统的液力偶合器,通过现场实际应用效果来看,永磁偶合器具有拆卸及安全维护简单、能耗低、安全系数高、故障率低等技术难题,提高了带式输送机启动运行效率,取得了显著应用成效。Based on the traditional coal mine transport and marketing station belt conveyor using the traditional hydraulic coupler transmission of high energy consumption,low safety coefficient,serious wear and tear of components and other technical difficulties,through technical research,the four old ditch mine decided to transport and marketing station SSJ-1000 type belt conveyor transmission optimisation and transformation,the use of permanent magnetic coupling instead of the traditional hydraulic coupling,through the actual application of the effect of the field,permanent magnetic coupling has simple dismantling and safety maintenance,low energy consumption,safety and maintenance,low energy consumption,safety and wear of components,and so on.Through the actual application effect in the field,the permanent magnetic coupler has the technical difficulties of simple disassembly and safety maintenance,low energy consumption,high safety factor,low failure rate,etc.,which improves the efficiency of starting and running of the belt conveyor,and achieves remarkable application results.
