摘 要:基于长春兴煤矿602运输顺槽掘进揭露F4断层时受应力叠加影响,巷道围岩变形严重,提出了“桁架锚索+让压锚索+梯形钢棚”联合支护技术,根据实际应用效果来看,采取联合支护技术后应力区巷道围岩变形、收敛现象得到了有效控制,加快了巷道掘进速度,提高了巷道成型率,取得了显著应用成效。Based on the serious deformation of the roadway peripheral rock when the 602 transport tunnels of Changchunxing Coal Mine are excavated to expose the F4 fault under the influence of stress superposition,the joint support technology of"truss anchor cable+let pressure anchor cable+trapezoidal steel shed"is proposed,which is effectively controlled and speeds up the roadway excavation efficiency by the combined support technology.After adopting the joint support technology,the deformation and convergence phenomenon of the surrounding rock in the stress area has been effectively controlled,accelerating the tunnel boring efficiency,improving the tunnel forming rate,and achieving remarkable application results.
