综采工作面综合防尘技术优化应用

摘  要:针对店坪煤矿206工作面回采期间粉尘浓度大、能见度低等技术难题,店坪煤矿通过技术研究,决定对原工作面通风除尘系统进行优化改进,根据工作面粉尘来源,分别对工作面机头卸载点安装全封闭防尘装置,对运输、回风顺槽每隔200 m安装一道自动喷雾旋转防尘装置,对工作面机道及采煤机截割部安装泡沫抑尘装置。通过实际应用效果来看,采用综合防尘技术后卸载点处粉尘质量浓度降低至32 mg/m^(3),运输顺槽内粉尘浓度降低至37 mg/m^(3),工作面内粉尘质量浓度降低至42 mg/m^(3),起到了预期降尘效果,取得了显著应用成效。In response to the technical difficulties such as large dust concentration and low visibility during the back mining of 206 working face in Dianping Coal Mine,Dianping Coal Mine decided to optimise and improve the ventilation and dust removal system of the original working face through technical research.According to the source of dust in the working face,fully enclosed dust prevention devices were installed at the unloading point of the header of the working face,and automatic spraying and rotating dust prevention devices were installed in the transport and return wind chute every 200 m.Foam dust suppression devices were installed in the machine road and the cutting part of the coal mining machine,which were improved through practical application.Foam dust-suppression device is installed in the machine road and the cutting part of the coal mining machine,through the actual application effect,the dust concentration at the unloading point is reduced to 32 mg/m^(3),the concentration of dust in the transport chute is reduced to 37 mg/m^(3),and the concentration of dust in the working face is reduced to 42 mg/m^(3) after the adoption of the comprehensive dust-suppression technology,which plays the expected effect of reducing the dust,and achieves the remarkable application effect.
