摘 要:某矿91105回风巷掘进区域顶板为松软复合顶板,巷道在地应力、围岩强度低以及采掘扰动等多因素影响下出现变形量大问题,原有的锚杆锚网支护方式难以满足围岩控制需要。因此,结合91105回风巷现场地质条件,提出采用全断面高预紧力锚索方式支护围岩,充分发挥锚索悬吊能力提升围岩自身稳定性,并具体给出围岩支护参数。现场应用后,91105回风巷围岩变形量大问题得以较好解决,巷道在使用期间基本不需要修整,现场取得较好围岩支护效果。The roof plate in the excavation area of 91105 back to the wind tunnel is a soft composite roof plate,and the roadway has a large amount of deformation under the influence of geostress,low strength of the surrounding rock,and mining disturbances,etc.It is dificult to meet the needs of the surrounding rock control with the original anchor rod and anchor net support.Combined with the geological conditions of the 91105 return lane,it is proposed to use the full-section high preload anchor cable to support the surrounding rock,give full play to the anchor cable suspension ability to enhance the stability of the surrounding rock itself,and give specific parameters for the support of the surrounding rock.After the application on site,91105 back to the wind lane perimeter rock deformation of the problem can be better solved,the roadway in the use of the period of time basically do not need to repair,the scene to achieve a better effect of perimeter rock support.
