摘  要:以某电厂循环水泵改造工程为例,通过对循环水泵运行方式的了解,提出变频调速控制方案以及变频技术的优化应用策略,为循环水泵电机增设变频器,改善电厂的循环水系统运行方式,实现软启动,保障循环水泵运行稳定性。实践表明,基于变频技术的循环水泵改造方案具有良好的技术可行性和经济效益性,有效提高了火电机组的运行水平。Taking the circulating water pump renovation project of a power plant as an example,through the understanding of the operation mode of circulating water pump,we put forward the frequency conversion speed control scheme and the optimised application strategy of variable frequency technology,installing frequency converter for the circulating water pump motor,improving the operation mode of the circulating water system of the power plant,realising the soft start,and safeguarding the stability of the circulating water pump operation.Practice shows that the circulating water pump transformation programme based on frequency conversion technology has good technical feasibility and economic efficiency,and effectively improves the operation level of thermal power units.
