摘 要:支护方案设计是确保地下煤矿安全、高效生产的关键技术之一,土城矿14采区150913回风巷拟采用锚网索+W钢带+T型钢带进行联合支护,为实现支护效果经济、合理化总体目标,采用理论计算和数值模拟方法对巷道支护参数进行计算和验证。结果表明:在150913回风巷每排施工13根锚杆,含三心拱顶部11根和两帮各1根锚杆,锚杆间排距900 mm×900 mm,且每排施工5根锚索,锚索间排距1800mm,可保障矿区生产安全,提高巷道掘进效率。The design of supporting scheme is one of the key technologies to ensure the safe and efficient production of underground coal mines.The 150913 return air roadway in the 14 mining area of Tucheng Mine intends to adopt the combined support of anchor mesh cable+W steel belt+T steel belt.In order to achieve the overall goal of economic and rational support effect,the theoretical calculation and numerical simulation method are used to calculate and verify the roadway support parameters.The results show that 13 bolts are constructed in each row of 150913 return airway,including 11 bolts on the top of three-center arch and 1 bolt on each side of two sides.The row spacing between bolts is 900 mm×900 mm,and 5 anchor cables are constructed in each row.The row spacing between anchor cables is 1800 mm,which can ensure the production safety of mining area and improve the efficiency of roadway excavation.
