摘 要:针对回采工作面超前巷采用的巷道支架、单体液压支柱加固存在支护效果差、占用空间大和管理困难等不足,提出补强锚索加固技术。通过分析回采巷道顶板冒落机理与围岩应力,计算采动影响下回采巷道所需顶板支护强度,进行了针对性补强锚索支护设计。通过理论计算及现场实践效果表明,锚索加固能够满足采动影响下的超前巷支护要求,实现工作面回采巷道无超前支护的巷道围岩控制目的。In view of the reinforcement of roadway support and single hydraulic pillar in the poor support effect,large space and difficult management,the reinforcement technology of reinforcing anchor cable is proposed.By analyzing the mechanism of the roof falling and the surrounding rock stress and calculating the roof support strength of the mining roadway under the influence of mining,the anchor cable support design is designed.Through theoretical calculation and field practice effect,it is shown that the anchor cable reinforcement can meet the requirements of advanced roadway support under the influence of mining,and realize the purpose of roadway surrounding rock control without advance support in the working face mining roadway.
