摘 要:针对孤岛工作面回采巷道受多次采动影响易发生严重变形的问题,以王坡煤业3206回风顺槽为研究对象,对孤岛工作面回采巷道围岩变形破断特征进行分析,采用钻孔窥视方法对孤岛工作面回采巷道围岩变形特征进行分析,指出原锚网索支护不能有效控制巷道围岩变形,提出了“全锚索+钢筋梯梁+喷浆”的联合支护方式。现场应用结果表明:巷道顶底板最大移近量为186.97 mm,两帮最大移近量为288.24mm,证明优化支护方式有效控制了巷道围岩变形。In response to the problem of serious deformation in the mining roadway of the isolated island working face,which is easily affected by multiple mining operations,the deformation and fracture characteristics of the surrounding rock of the isolated island working face mining roadway are analyzed using the 3206 return air roadway of Wangpo Coal Industry as the research object.The drilling and peeping method is used to analyze the deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock of the isolated island working face mining roadway,and it is pointed out that the original anchor mesh cable support cannot effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway,A combined support method of"full anchor cable+steel ladder beam+shotcrete"has been proposed.The on-site application results show that the maximum displacement of the roof and floor of the tunnel is 186.97 mm,and the maximum displacement of the two sides is 288.24 mm,proving that the optimized support method effectively controls the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway.
