摘 要:本文针对采煤工作面中老巷维护和充填的问题,介绍了老巷注发泡水泥充填改造技术。该技术通过向老巷中注入发泡水泥,达到充填、加固和改造老巷的目的。本文详细阐述了该技术的原理、优点及其在采煤工作面中的应用情况。通过分析技术特点、优势以及实际应用效果,论证了老巷注发泡水泥充填改造技术在采煤工作面改造中的可行性和有效性。并证明了该技术在提高充填效率、降低充填成本和改善工作环境等方面的显著效果。文章最后提出了该技术未来发展方向,以提高工作面的开采效率和安全性。This paper addresses the issue of maintenance and filling of old roadways in coal mining faces,and introduces the technology of foam cement filling and reconstruction for old roadways.This technology achieves the purpose of filling,reinforcement,and reconstruction of old roadways by injecting foam cement into them.The paper details the principle,advantages,and application of this technology in coal mining faces.By analyzing the technical characteristics,advantages,and practical application effects,the feasibility and effectiveness of the foam cement filling and reconstruction technology for old roadways in coal mining faces are demonstrated.It is also proven that this technology has significant effects in improving filling efficiency,reducing filling costs,and improving the working environment.The paper concludes by proposing the future development direction of this technology to improve the mining efficiency and safety of the work face.
