摘  要:为解决宏阳煤矿东翼轨道大巷开挖支护后失稳破坏严重的问题,采用现场调研、数值模拟、钻孔窥视、矿压监测等手段,根据巷道围岩破坏特征及地质条件总结分析其失稳破坏原因,提出围岩控制理念,设计了新型高强预应力组合式锚杆、高强中空注浆锚索,实现锚杆-注浆-围岩一体化加固,并借助FLAC3D软件模拟研究支护措施的可行性、有效性,新型组合式锚杆支护条件下巷道表面变形量及围岩塑性区发育深度显著低于常规预应力锚杆,确定锚杆的合理长度为2.5~3.0m。应用阶段进行钻孔取芯、综合矿压监测,研究表明:原架棚被动支护条件下松动圈发育深度达到2.5~3.0m,采用组合式锚杆、中空注浆锚索加固后,高强度无机注浆能够有效填充软弱破碎岩体中的裂隙,注浆后典型岩样单轴抗压强度均超过30MPa,表明岩体的完整性和强度得到了有效提高,返修70d后,巷道顶板下沉量约为57 mm,左帮、右帮内移量分别为22、29 mm,底板底鼓量为38 mm,巷道表面变形量微小,组合锚杆工作性能良好,取得较好应用效果。验证了新型全长预应力锚注支护的支护效果与支护优势。In order to solve the problem of serious instability and failure after excavation and support of track main roadway in the east wing of Hongyang Coal Mine,field investigation,numerical simulation,drilling peeping,mine pressure monitoring and other means are adopted to summarize and analyze the causes of instability and failure according to the failure characteristics and geological conditions of roadway surrounding rock,and the surrounding rock control concept is proposed.The integrated bolt-grouting and surrounding rock 3D reinforcement is realized,and the feasibility and effectiveness of support measures are simulated by FLAC software.The surface deformation of roadway and the development depth of plastic zone of surrounding rock are significantly lower under the conditions of the new combined bolt support than that of the conventional prestressed bolt,and the reasonable length of the bolt is determined to be 2.5-3.0 m.In the application stage,drilling coring and comprehensive ore pressure monitoring are carried out.The research shows that:Under the condition of passive support of the original shelf,the depth of loose ring development reaches 2.5~3.0 m.After reinforced by combined anchor rod and hollow grouting cable,high-strength inorganic grouting can effectively fill the cracks in weak fractured rock mass.The uniaxial compressive strength of typical rock samples after grouting exceeds 30 MPa,indicating that the integrity and strength of rock mass have been effectively improved.The subsidence of the roadway roof is about 57 mm,the inward movement of the left side and the right side is 22 mm and 29 mm respectively,and the heave of the floor is 38 mm.The surface deformation of the roadway is small,and the combined anchor rod has good working performance and good application effect.The supporting effect and advantages of the new full-length prestressed anchor injection support are verified.
