摘 要:针对矿井通风系统监控自动化程度低、故障率高、对通风状态调节滞后性大、能耗高的问题,提出了一种新的矿井先进通风系统智能化安全监控技术。通过智能监控系统实现了对风机运行状态和故障情况的实时监测和预警;通过低功耗运行控制系统实现了对风机运行状态的变频调控。结果表明,新的矿井通风系统智能化监控技术,能够实现对风机运行过程的实时监测,将风机运行时的故障率降低91.25%,将运行能耗降低18.7%。A new intelligent safety monitoring technology for advanced mine ventilation system is proposed to address the issues of low automation,high failure rate,large lag in regulating ventilation status,and high energy consumption in mine ventilation system monitoring.Real time monitoring and early warning of fan operation status and fault conditions have been achieved through an intelligent monitoring system;The variable frequency regulation of the fan operating status is achieved through a low-power operation control system.The results indicate that the new intelligent monitoring technology for mine ventilation system can achieve real-time monitoring of the fan operation process,reducing the fault rate during fan operation by 88.4%and reducing operating energy consumption by 19.6%.
