摘  要:银屑病是一种以红斑、丘疹、脱屑且伴有不同程度瘙痒为临床特征的全身炎症性皮肤病。由于患者皮损处与肠道的微生物丰度发生变化,进而出现微生态失调、代谢物失衡和免疫调节紊乱等。上述变化可加重皮肤微环境炎症,促进肠道炎症,导致角质细胞的增殖和斑块的形成。本文以皮−肠轴为切入点,探讨银屑病患者皮肤和肠道的菌群特征,以及如何促进银屑病的发生发展,旨在揭示肠道菌群在影响远端皮肤中可能的作用和机制,以期为临床上以肠道菌群为靶点的银屑病发病机制的阐明和干预策略的开发提供理论依据。Psoriasis is a systemic inflammatory skin disease characterized by erythema,papule,scaling and pruritus.Due to the changes in the abundance of microbial community in the skin lesions and the intestinal tract,the patients will develop microecological disorders,metabolite imbalances,and immune regulation disorders,etc..The above changes can increase skin microenvironmental inflammation,promote intestinal environmental inflammation,and result in keratinocyte proliferation and plaque formation.In order to reveal the potential role and mechanism of intestinal flora in affecting the distal skin and to foster the development of the theoretical foundation and intervention strategies of psoriasis targeting intestinal flora,this paper discusses the characteristics of skin and intestinal flora in patients with psoriasis as well as how they promote the occurrence and development of psoriasis.
