摘　　要：目的了解2020—2022年山东省托幼机构消毒现状,为应对新发传染病提供依据和支持。方法采用问卷调查和采样检测的方法,对山东省12个地市随机抽取的235家托幼机构进行消毒现状调查和分析,对空气、物体表面、工作人员手及餐饮具进行现场采样并进行实验室检测。结果2020—2022年山东省托幼机构总体消毒质量合格率为91.69%;在配备物体表面消毒剂、紫外线杀菌灯、食具消毒柜及室内通风消毒方面总体配备完善;不同性质托幼机构消毒合格率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同性质的托幼机构在消毒物资配备情况、通风消毒情况差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05),不同监测项目(空气、物体表面、工作人员、餐饮具)合格率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=32.922,P<0.001)。结论2020—2022年山东省托幼机构消毒现状总体良好,不同性质托幼机构调查及监测结果无差别,但均存在空气消毒器配备少、空气和物体表面消毒的合格率低及过度消毒等现象,应有针对性提高薄弱环节的消毒质量管理和监测。Objective To investigate the disinfection status of kindergartens in Shandong Province from 2020 to 2022,and to provide evidence and support for coping with emerging infectious diseases.Methods A questionnaire survey and sampling test were used to investigate and analyze the disinfection status of 235 nursery institutions randomly selected from 12 cities in Shandong Province.The air,surfaces,staff hands and tableware were sampled on site and tested in laboratory.Results From 2020 to 2022,the qualified rate of disinfection quality was 91.69%.It is equipped with disinfectants on the surface of objects,ultraviolet germicidal lamps,tableware disinfection cabinets and indoor ventilation disinfection.There was no statistical significance in the qualified rate of disinfection in different nature kindergartens(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the provision of disinfection materials and ventilation disinfection among the different nature of nursing institutions(P>0.05),and the difference in the qualified rate of different monitoring items(air,surface,staff and tableware)was statistically significant(χ^(2)=32.922,P<0.001).Conclusion The disinfection status of child care institutions in Shandong Province from 2020 to 2022 is generally good,and there is no difference in the investigation and monitoring results of different nature of child care institutions.But there are problems such as less equipped with air sterilizers,low qualification rate of air and surface disinfection and excessive disinfection.
