摘　　要：洛奇在小说中频繁书写了各类疾病意象,其创作中展现的疾病情结主要来自三个方面。早年遗留的战争创伤和家庭内部的疾病共同体在洛奇的生命画板上铺陈了忧郁的成长底色;游离的宗教信仰和双轨的写作生涯让洛奇遭遇身份认同危机,“矛盾中求协调”成为洛奇的生命主线,也为其小说中的涉病创作提供了切身的疾病体验;“愤怒的青年”文化运动和20世纪中后期英国文坛流行的病症叙写风气合力构成一股外部思潮,无形中滋养了洛奇的疾病创作意识。Lodge frequently portrays various images ofillness in his novels,and the disease complex in his creation mainly comes from three aspects.The trauma of war from his early years and many sick family members cast a shadow on Lodge's life.An unsure Catholic identity and the twin-track writing career put Lodge under an identity crisis."Seeking harmony amidst contradictions"has thusbecomedominantin Lodge's life,providing him with firsthand experiences of illness in writing illness-related novels.The"Angry Young Men"movement and the prevalent trend of illness writing in Britishliteraturesince 1950s constitute an external factor,nurturing Lodge's illness awareness inan imperceptibleway.
