摘 要:详细研究了炭黑、碳纳米管、石墨烯、铜铬黑及其添加量对辐射散热涂层热稳定性、红外发射率的影响;结合应用场景,讨论了辐射散热涂料配方设计原则。结果表明,作为辐射散热涂层中的功能颜料,对于需要耐高温(450℃以上)的场合,铜铬黑要优于碳纳米管和石墨烯,在中低温区间(150~300℃),三者都表现出较好的应用能力,这为不同工作温度下的辐射散热涂料配方设计及涂料选择提供了数据支撑。This article investigated in detail the effects of carbon black,carbon nanotubes,graphene,copper chromium black and their additives on the thermal stability and infrared emissivity of radiation heat-dissipating coatings.Based on the application scenarios,the design principles of radiation heat dissipation coating formulations were discussed.The results show that copperchromium black pigment is better than the carbon nanotube and graphene pigment as used in radiative heat-dissipating coatings under high temeprature environment more than 450℃.The three pigments have similar application performance as used under middle and low temperature environment between 150℃and 300℃.These research results are useful for coatings formula de⁃sign and selection for different temperature environment.
