摘　　要：大型风力发电机叶片主要由环氧复合材料制成,并采用高性能涂料涂装,涂层质量的好坏决定了叶片的使用寿命。由于更具经济性和环保性,在风力发电机叶片的涂装中采用辊涂施工的越来越多。本研究阐述了辊涂施工中的常用工具、工艺,以及影响辊涂施工外观质量的因素。The blades of large-scale wind turbines are mainly made of epoxy composite materi⁃als and coated with high performance coatings.The quality of the coatings determines the service life of the blades.Due to its greater economy and environmental friendliness,roller coating is in⁃creasingly used in the coating of wind power blades.This article briefly introduces the typically used tools and processes in roller coating construction,as well as the factors that affect the appear⁃ance quality of roller coating construction.
