摘 要:客车涂装需要满足外观品质要求,其中外观色差是一大重点难题,色差的控制不当或判断不准确将对涂装行业带来巨大的经济损失。通过介绍色差的理论模型,针对颜色感知过程的要素提出了色差产生的信息源、传播媒介及接收器机制。根据色差产生的机制,进一步根据客车涂装条件分析了色差的影响因素,包括涂料成分、漆膜厚度、观察角度、漆膜颜色等。最后,基于产生色差的三大机制与相关因素给出了针对色差的策略,从工艺条件和判断方法上追求更优秀的色差控制和更准确的色差判断。The bus painting is required to meet the demands of appearance quality,among which appearance color difference is a major challenge.The improper control or inaccurate judgment of color difference will bring huge economic losses to the painting industry.This article first introduces the theoretical model of color difference,and then proposes the information source,propagation medium and receiver mechanism of color difference generation from the viewpoint of colorperception process essential factor.Based on the mechanism of color difference,the influencing factors of color difference based on the bus painting condition are further analyzed,including paint composition,film thickness,observation angle and film color,etc.Finally,based on the three mechanisms and related generation factors,the strategies for color differences are proposed,aiming to achieve better color difference control and more accurate color difference judgment from the perspective,in regard of process conditions and judgment methods.
