摘 要:以聚磷酸铵(APP)、季戊四醇(PER)、三聚氰胺(MEL)为膨胀阻燃体系,以钛白粉、硼酸锌(ZB)、可膨胀石墨(EG)为功能填料,研究了4种基体树脂对防火涂料耐火性能和机械性能的影响。分析了4种基体树脂的热分解过程,测定了4种涂层的耐火性能、附着力、柔韧性及耐冲击性。耐火测试结果表明,聚氨酯涂层的耐火时间最长;TGA分析表明,聚氨酯的热分解温度与膨胀阻燃体系的炭化、发泡温度相匹配,膨胀炭层的耐火性能较好;机械性能测试表明,聚氨酯涂层样品的附着力、柔韧性、耐冲击性最好。Ammonium polyphosphate(APP),pentaerythritol(PER)and melamine(MEL)were used as flame retardant systems in addition to titanium dioxide,zinc borate(ZB)and expandable graphite(EG)used as functional fillers to prepare the fireproof coatings.The effects of four matrix resins on the fire resistance and mechanical properties of fire-retardant coatings were studied.The thermal decomposition process of four matrix resins was analyzed,and the fire resistance,adhesion,flexibility and impact resistance of the four coatings were measured.The results show that the polyurethane coating has the longest fire resistance time.TGA analysis shows that the thermal decomposition temperature of polyurethane matches the carbonization and foaming temperatures of the intumescent flame-retardant system,and the fire resistance effect of the expanded carbon layer is better.Mechanical performance test shows that the polyurethane coating sample has the best adhesion,flexibility and impact resistance.
