摘 要:近年来,随着采棉机械的发展,棉花的机械化采摘程度逐年提高。摘锭作为采棉机的核心部件,在工作过程中与棉花摩擦缠绕进行作业,采棉时经常出现疲劳、磨损和断裂等失效现象。目前国内的摘锭主要从国外进口,价格昂贵,因此有必要对摘锭的耐磨防护性能进行深入研究。本研究主要介绍了采棉机摘锭耐磨防护的常见方法及其研究现状,并对摘锭耐磨防护研究目前存在的主要问题和发展趋势作了简要分析和展望。In recent years,with the development of cotton picking machinery,the mechanized picking degree of cotton has been improved.As the core component of the cotton-picking machine,the picking spindle is intertwined with the cotton in the working process.Fatigue,wear and fracture often occur during cotton picking process.At present,the domestic picking spindle is mainly imported from abroad,which is expensive.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out in-depth research on the wear-resistant protection of the ingot picking.This paper mainly introduces the common methods and research status of the wear protection of cotton-picking machine,and briefly analyzes the main problems and development trends of the wear protection technology of cotton picker picking spindle.
