摘　　要：文章在总结山西省林草种苗工作经验和政策的基础上,分析了全省林草种苗工作现状,指出林草种苗工作存在的主要问题,结合国家和山西省林草事业发展的要求,提出相应的对策建议,以期为山西省林草种苗事业高质量发展提供借鉴和参考。The article summarizes the experience and policies of forest and grass seedling work in Shanxi Province,analyzes the current status of seedling work across the province,identifies the main issues in the work of forest and grass seedlings,and in line with the requirements of the national and provincial development of forest and grass industries,proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The aim is to provide references for the high-quality development of the forest and grass seedling industry in Shanxi Province.
