云南迪庆藏医骨伤疗法的医学人类学分析

摘　　要：云南迪庆藏医骨伤疗法作为国家非物质文化遗产,因其特殊的地理位置和多民族多宗教多元文化的背景,是一种有着浓烈民族色彩的治疗方法。从医学人类学的视角展开,以多元医疗为切入点,研究云南迪庆藏医骨伤疗法的形成发展和治疗特征,并探究在迪庆互相竞争又互补共存多元医疗模式中,藏民对骨伤疾病的多元医疗选择,以解读云南迪庆藏医骨伤疗法的受藏文化和迪庆自然环境文化内涵与内在价值。通过研究发现,基于地理文化而发展的云南迪庆藏医骨伤疗法有着易操作、快愈合、少并发症、少痛苦的优势,同时结合身心治疗,构成了云南迪庆地区独特的医患关系的社会信任机制。进一步发扬这种治疗的优势点,能为大众提供更多的医疗选择,促进云南藏医药的多元化发展。As a national intangible cultural heritage,Yunnan Diqing Zang medicine orthopedic therapy is a treatment method with strong ethnic colors because of its special geographical location and multi-ethnic,multi-religious and multi-cultural background.From the perspective of medical anthropology,this paper studies the formation,development and treatment characteristics of Zang medicine orthopedic therapy in Diqing,Yunnan Province,and explores the multiple medical choices of Zang for orthopedic diseases in the competing and complementary coexistence of Diqing,so as to interpret the Zang culture of Zang medicine orthopedic therapy in Diqing and the cultural connotation and intrinsic value of Diqing's natural environment.It is found that the orthopedic therapy of Zang medicine in Diqing,Yunnan Province,which is developed based on geographical culture,has the advantages of easy operation,fast healing,less complications and less pain,and at the same time,combined with physical and mental treatment,it constitutes a unique social trust mechanism of doctor-patient relationship in Diqing,Yunnan.Further developing the advantages of this treatment can provide more medical options for the public and promote the diversified development of Zang medicine in Yunnan.
