毒性中药抗肝癌活性和作用机制的研究进展

摘　　要：肝癌是发病率和致死率均较高的恶性肿瘤。毒性中药是指药性峻猛,治疗剂量与中毒剂量接近,使用不当可对人体造成严重损害,甚至死亡的中药。近5年来报道的具有抗肝癌作用的毒性中药包括清热解毒的鸦胆子和重楼,化痰散结的半夏和天南星,行气止痛的川楝子,活血化瘀的马钱子和斑蝥,祛湿邪的雷公藤和乌头,攻毒杀虫的蛇床子、蟾酥和砒霜,解毒散结的商陆,破血消癥的千金子及解肝郁的吴茱萸。药理研究表明毒性中药可有效发挥抗肝癌作用,可通过阻滞细胞周期、诱导细胞凋亡、抗肿瘤血管生成、抑制细胞侵袭和迁移等机制实现。本文旨在总结近5年毒性中药的抗肝癌活性和作用机制,为业内学者进一步研究提供参考。Liver cancer is malignant tumor with high incidence rate and mortality.Toxic traditional Chinese medicine refers to a type of Chinese medicine with strong properties,therapeutic dose close to toxic dose,and improper use that can cause serious damage to the human body,even death.Toxic traditional Chinese medicines with anti-liver cancer effects reported in the past five years include heat-clearing and detoxicating drugs such as Bruceae Fructus and Paridis Rhizoma,phlegm-resolving,mass-resolving drugs such as Pinelliae Rhizoma and Arisaematis Rhizoma,qi-promoting and pain-relieving drugs such as Toosendan Fructus,blood-activating and blood-stasis-dissolving drugs such as Strychni Semen and Mylabris,dampness-removing drugs such as Tripterygium Wilfordii and Aconitum Carmichaeli,antiviral and insecticidal drugs such as Cnidii Fructus,Bufonis Venenum and White Arsenic,detoxifying and mass-resolving drugs such as Phytolaccae Radix,blood breaking and symptom eliminating drugs such as Euphorbiae Semen,relieving depress liver drugs such as Euodiae Fructus.Pharmacological studies have shown that toxic traditional Chinese medicine can effectively exert anti-liver cancer effects,which can be achieved through mechanisms such as cell cycle arrest,induction of cell apoptosis,anti-tumor angiogenesis,inhibition of cell invasion and migration,etc.This article aims to summarize anti-liver cancer activity and mechanism of action of toxic traditional Chinese medicine in the past five years,providing reference for further research by industry scholars.
