具身认知理论视域下的低年级医学生实践育人模式的探索及实践

摘  要:医学是一门经验学科,临床实践对医学生的教育至关重要。本文以具身认知理论为基础,对低年级医学生实践育人模式背后的规律和意义进行探索。具身认知理论强调身体、心智与环境的相互作用,为医学教育提供了新视角。北京中医药大学针灸推拿学院通过设计实践育人模式,揭示了学生行为、情感、语言与环境交互的内在历程。该实践项目旨在帮助学生过渡到临床教育,学生在实践中与医师、患者互动,参与科室工作,了解病房情况,观察不同病例,从而有效缓解身份矛盾,促进其社会化进程。同时,具身认知理论在中医学教育中也具有应用前景,可帮助学生建立正确的认知模式,培养实际应用能力。Medicine is an empirical discipline and clinical practice is crucial to the education of medical students.Based on embodied cognition theory,this paper explores the laws and meanings behind a practical education model for medical students in the lower grades.Embodied cognition theory emphasises the interactions between body,mind,and environment,providing a new perspective for medical education.The School of Acupuncture-Moxibustion and Tuina,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,reveals the inner journey of students’behavioural,emotional,and linguistic interactions with the environment by designing a practice-based parenting model.The practice project aims to help students transition to clinical education,where students interact with doctors and patients,participate in departmental work,learn about wards,and observe different cases,thus effectively alleviating identity conflicts and promoting their socialisation process.At the same time,the theory of embodied cognition has application prospects in Chinese medicine education,which can help students establish correct cognitive patterns and cultivate practical application ability.
