二陈汤化裁方破壁饮片与传统饮片治疗代谢综合征痰证大鼠的药效学对比研究

摘　　要：目的比较二陈汤化裁方破壁饮片与其传统饮片对高脂高糖高盐饮食诱导的代谢综合征大鼠血糖、血脂、血压等相关指标的影响。方法Wistar大鼠适应性喂养一周后,预留一组作为空白组,其余大鼠通过高脂高糖高盐饮食复制代谢综合征大鼠模型。成模后将模型组随机分为MS组、传统饮片组、破壁饮片组、破壁饮片1/2剂量组、破壁饮片1/4剂量组、破壁饮片1/8剂量组及二甲双胍组,分别予相应药物,空白组和MS组予生理盐水,灌胃4周。各组分别测量大鼠体重、体长、血压,计算Lee's肥胖指数;检测血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C);检测空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)并计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR);HE染色法观察大鼠肝脏组织病理形态变化。结果与MS组比较,传统饮片组大鼠Lee's肥胖指数及血压降低,各项生化指标及胰岛素抵抗情况均有所改善。与传统饮片组比较,给药同等剂量及浓度的破壁饮片,大鼠血糖、血脂、血压等相关指标的改善情况更为明显,破壁饮片1/2剂量组对MS大鼠的治疗效果与传统饮片组相近。结论二陈汤化裁方破壁饮片及其传统饮片均可改善MS大鼠血糖、血脂、血压等相关指标,且破壁饮片的效果优于传统饮片。Objective Compare the effects of Erchen Tang's modified formula and traditional decoction pieces on blood glucose,blood lipids,blood pressure,and other related indicators in rats with metabolic syndrome induced by a high-fat,high sugar,and high salt diet.Methods After one week of adaptive feeding of Wistar rats,one group was reserved as a blank group,and the remaining rats replicated the metabolic syndrome rat model through a high-fat,high sugar,and high salt diet.After modeling,the model group was randomly divided into MS group,traditional decoction piece group,broken wall decoction piece group,broken wall decoction piece 1/2 dose group,broken wall decoction piece 1/4 dose group,broken wall decoction piece 1/8 dose group,and metformin group.Corresponding drugs were given to each group,while the blank group and MS group were given physiological saline by gavage for 4 weeks.Measure the weight,length,and blood pressure of rats in each group,and calculate Lee's obesity index;Detect serum triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C),and high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C);Measure fasting blood glucose(FBG),fasting insulin(FINS),and calculate insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR);HE staining method was used to observe the pathological morphological changes of rat liver tissue.Results Compared with the MS group,the traditional decoction group showed a decrease in Lee's obesity index and blood pressure,as well as an improvement in various biochemical indicators and insulin resistance.Compared with the traditional decoction group,the improvement of blood glucose,blood lipids,blood pressure and other related indicators in rats was more significant when treated with the same dose and concentration of broken wall decoction.The therapeutic effect of the 1/2 dose group of broken wall decoction on MS rats was similar to that of the traditional decoction group.Conclusion Both the broken wall decoction pieces and traditional decoction pieces of Erchen Tang can improve related indicators such as blood sugar,bloo
