摘 要:盾构机自身长度一般大于盾构始发井尺寸,盾构机始发一般需要分体始发。盾构机分体始发需要安装较长转接管路,液体流经转接管路产生的压力损失过大,会影响盾构机正常顺利始发。以液压驱动的泥水平衡盾构机始发为例,分析盾构机在小尺寸、大埋深工作井始发技术,指出了盾构机长距离、大埋深工况转接,液压系统管路压力损失情况,介绍了盾构机在始发井较小的情况下,多次转接的始发技术措施。The length of the shield tunneling machine is generally greater than the length of the shaft of shield tunnel,so the shield tunneling machine equipment is installed underground in steps.The separate starting of the shield tunneling machine requires the installation of a long transfer pipeline.The pressure loss caused by long-distance pipeline transfer affects the smooth departure of the shield machine.Taking the hydraulic driven Slurry shield machine as an example,the starting technology of the shield tunneling machines in small and deep shaft of Shield tunnel is analyzed,and the pressure loss of the hydraulic system pipeline when the shield machine is transferred over long distances and deep-buried working conditions is pointed out.The starting technical measures for multiple transfers of the shield machine when the starting shaft is small are introduced.
